Pool gunite shot

They shot the pool with gunite this week and will be starting to build out the plumbing, stonework and all the other items that go along with it.   It took 45 yards of gunite to complete it.

Tile, Cabinets, door hardware and electric

Lots of interior work going on this week as the trades are working on flooring (tile and hardwood), cabinets and electrical trim out.   The A/C has been running this week and what a difference that makes.   The pool work has stalled, but is set to resume this week.   Still a good amount of work to continue, but we are making good progress.

Outside stain and touch up painting

Painters are all done in the inside and have move to the outside.  They need to sand and seal all the wood and also complete touch up work on some of the soffit and fascia boards.   Heat pump units were also installed.

Paint and Railings

Painting is 95% done inside.  All walls and trim are done with the exception of the garage which will be last.   Painters are working on touch up and some caulking areas and consumed over 80 gallons of paint for the interior.   They will have a punch list of items to come back and touch up later but expect them to be finished on the interior with one more day of work.

Porch railing was installed on the Casita along with some trim boards.   It only needs to be sealed and will be complete.
