Exterior Stone is done

The Mason's finished up the exterior stone work this week on the house.  They are working on the fireplace in the great room and should be done in a day.   There is some paint and roof work that needs to be wrapped up on the outside now that the stones are up.  Hopefully that will happen this week.

 More finish work going on in the interior and the pool guys have been building the forms.

Closets, Cabinets, trim work and a door!

We've been out of town for a week and quite a bit has happened over the last 10 days.    Outside progress continues on the stone work, and our large glass sliding door was installed.   Interior finish trim, cabinets and doors are being installed.

Chickens Feet and Finished walls

Stone work continued this week as well as some outdoor finish carpentry.  Back porch and front entrance roofs are done and "chicken's feet" beams were added to the gables on all the porches.   Inside walls had texture (Monterrey drag) applied this week Digging for the pool wrapped up today.

After being out of town all week I was able to get to the house and check the progress for the week.   The Masons continue to do the stone work on the outside of the house.   The progress is slower now that they are working off of scaffolding, but they are still making good progress.    The front door was installed, back porch roof built and the pool digging and drywall taping and sealing all continued.
