Windows are installed

A big week this week!

All the windows in the house are installed.   36 in total added between the house and casita.   A few last minute changes based on aesthetics, but no major issues encountered.

Stone and flooring samples were done for us to pick / confirm colors, patterns and combinations.The crew also started to install the siding on the house.  It is cement board and batten that is pre-primed and ready to paint.

HVAC and plumbing well underway.

House is dried in.

We reached dried in status this weekend.   Meaning all framing and exterior sheeting is completed along with felt paper installed on roof.   The crew also got steps installed in the house so it's easier for the other trades to start work.  Plumbers began to install waist lines and vents as well.  Windows are in and will be delivered on Wednesday, installation to follow.

Sheeting is up

A few odds and ends to button up on the sheeting, but it is essentially done.  Roof decking should happen this week followed by windows.
